Once the project is approved by you, we will plan our estimated time scales and dates; as the project progresses we will keep you informed, discuss any problems that may arise or any queries you might have.

When the work is completed and at various stages during larger projects, we will walk through with you  and identify any snags that require attention. This ensures the perfect finish and results that match your expectations.

design of your new building project.

Holiday Home Maintenance

We are linked with a holiday letting company and often do routine maintenance or refurbishment works to properties when the holiday season has come to an end. This can be anything from painting, re-designing or outside works to bring the property to the full criteria of letting for the following season. 

 

We can also introduce you to a holiday letting change over service providing full management, cleaning & laundry changes.
